When she was thinking of leaving her last practice, Dr. Beth Dorn looked at different options. The outpatient practice where she could spend time and get to know her patients was where she found a true fit and with the transition to concierge medicine, her days run much more smoothly.
“Patients love the intimacy. They want to know about me and I ask the same about them, but it goes a lot deeper than that, particularly when you are taking care of families, which is my favorite thing to do,” says Dr. Dorn.
Specialdocs in particular helped Dr. Dorn decide what she wanted to offer to her patients in addition to just being available to them.
“I love being a doctor again. I can’t imagine going back or doing anything else.”
