Wall Street Journal reports Procter & Gamble is Seeking to Sell Concierge Health-Care Operator MDVIP

It certainly made for an interesting Monday morning to see the headline:  “WSJ Reports P&G Seeks to Sell Concierge Health-Care Operator, MDVIP.”  The article goes on to state that Proctor & Gamble has retained an investment banking firm to find a buyer for MDVIP.

It appears P&G has made a corporate decision to change its strategic direction. For Specialdocs, an independently owned and operated company, our strategic direction and vision is unwavering. Since 2003, our team has been exclusively dedicated to converting traditional medical practices to the concierge model…as well as supporting already transitioned physician practices. That focus is our guiding principle as we navigate a changing landscape in healthcare.
